Team Building Activities
The Credit Crunch badly hit the corporate events sector for the second half of 2008 and early 2009. However, we have experienced an uplift in enquiries during April as businesses begin to rebuild and refocus their teams.
We spoke to many clients during the 1st Quarter of the year to guage potential interest and calculate demand and expectations.
Many clients have been trading well, but have tightend the purse strings in view of consumer and business negativity. The bad news and shock of the financial markets has calmed it seems that businesses are starting to look forward.
No doubt general attitudes are cautious. Companies are now assessing damage and restructuring to prepare for the year ahead.

Are you looking for new team building activities or events?
What will work best for your group?
Whatever event you choose, it is important that an event engages the group, keeps everyone involved through participation or as a spectator. Some activities work better with smaller groups and some activities can only be successfully with a larger group, to give the event the balance of atmosphere and interaction.
What to consider when organising a team event.
How physical / energetic do you want your event?
What is the age and male/female mix
How far will you travel.
Will it be a midweek or weekend activity
Will you incorporate an overnight stay?
Generally the larger the group, the greater the mix of activities you will require.
Once your numbers rise to 30-40 people, a multi-activity event will normally incorporate some activities that everyone will enjoy. Alternatively, an event that people would not normally be able to do themselves such as Ice Sculpting or Its a Knockout.
